BB FRONT SQUAT

Basic exercise to develop general lower limb strength.

The weight of the bar should rest on the deltoid part of your shoulder and the upper chest muscle. Due to the position of the bar, greater emphasis is put on the quads, spinal stability and t-spine extension ability.

Neutrality of the spine must be maintained during the whole sequence.

Shoulder joint and t-spine mobility can be limiting factors to this movement.
